LED Front Step Light Bar

I have been thinking about adding an LED light bar in the area of our front steps. The steps are not lighted very well at all.

I'm looking for an amber LED light bar (12v).

Does anyone have any great suggestions?

Thanks!

The new Cougars have an amber light under the stairs mounted on the back plate of the folding step set. It is nothing more than an amber clearance light that is connected to the porch light switch. Ours gives off more than enough light to see the steps and surrounding area clearly.

The Bargman Series 58 LED clearance lights are found here:

Copy this number into an ebay search, I put one front door and rear door. Our rear door didn't even have a factory light so it makes it a lot nicer!

did you wire them into the porch light circuit or on their own switch?

I have an actual step light switch, and all it had was a marker light under the front door steps. So I just used that circuit.

My coach doesn't really have a porch light like the amber ones, it has a big spotlight that is to way to bright to leave on, so these are nice because the LED'S don't use much power to leave on.

Had the factory amber light. Replaced it with 2 double element LEDs(bluish purple).
