slyons, if you could find the make and model of your fridge, it would be much easier for us to help you. There is a silver plate somewhere with that information, probably behind the lower vent panel, outside.
Also, if you could put your Year/Make/Model of your unit in the signature area of your profile, it will show up in your posts, and help us as well.

That’s an Atwood Helium based fridge right?

I have located a Service Manual for that model online:
http://techsupport.pdxrvwholesale.co...or-HE-0801.pdf
In reviewing the error code chart, there doesn't seem to be a condition where the all LEDs are on except the DC. Are the lights on steady, or flashing? Are you on shore power? Make sure your house battery is good, a bad battery can bring down the 12 volts and cause problems with electronic devices. Have you tried cycling the power?

If I remember right that refer was made by Atwood, bought out by Dometic and they basically quit making them.

You need to do some testing with a Volt/Ohm meter. Your looking for 12VDC at the control board. Then there are 2 fuses on the board, test them for continuity. If you have that then come back for further instructions.

Have same fridge in 19RBPR, and had some issues in first year. If the unit is not level front to back, it will not cool.
Does it work on AC?
Does it work on DC?
Are you in Manual Mode or Auto Mode?

I did have a sensor replaced for the propane function and never had an issue again. I always switch over to propane manually before unplugging, and I always power off before plugging into AC before turning onto Auto. I just don't trust the computer board to know what's going on.

Charby - I am having similar issues... you mentioned replacing the "sensor replaced for the propane function" what part or name is that called if I were to search for that.
My HE-0801 runs on 120V only turns off on Propane after lighting, as if it did not detect that it lit and a safety feature is killing the gas.
Can you provide any update on a fix?
