I ran the tank cleaning function,I forgot to open the dump valve for a couple of minutes, I opened it right away but my toilet that sealed fine before wont hold water ,I replaced the seal but it didn't help ,I don't see anything visually wrong but the ball doesn't seem to seat against the seal right now ,anyone seen or heard this before ??

Make sure that the "Ball Assembly" is connected to the toilet on both sides of the toilet. It's a just squeeze fitting with pegs on each side. This happened to me after using a toilet wand on mine. I bumped one of the clips and it was uneven and the bowl would not hold water.
This video help me figure it out.
