Help please!

We purchased a 2004 Challenger by Keystone and then today purchased a washer/dryer combo. After hooking it up we realized we have no water coming to the hoses that connect to the washer. Is there a shut off valve we are missing?

Does everything else work (water)? Are there cutoffs in the area for the washer/dryer? Has the washer/dryer ever been used? Lines cut out?

I ask because that is a 16 year old trailer and if you just bought it without a thorough going through there is no telling what is going on. Was in FL until 8/1. Lady and her kids pulled into a space behind me with a trailer pulled in by "friends". No one knew a thing about the trailer she had. I tried to help but when "my toilet doesn't work" turned into all water lines to the toilet being cut, "we have leaks" coming out the bottom became obvious broken tanks/lines underneath, my incoming water won't come out the faucet.....I said "you have problems" and told her to call someone....she didn't.

You don't list a model number but I'm guessing it's a fifth wheel. Take a good look around in the basement pass thru. Maybe the previous owner installed a shut off valve. Just guessing as who knows what previous owners have done.
