Outdoor Kitchen Modification - can we do this?

We have a Springdale 240BH with the outdoor kitchen.

We want to know if we can remove the small wall (as marked in the first picture) to extend the storage area.

Picture 2 shows what's behind the wall - a finished floor and walls. The roof is unfinished, but it's not like that's going to affect what we want to store there; paper plate, napkins and paper towels.

Is this as easy as popping a few staples, removing the wall and removing the wood bracket keeping the wall upright? We would probably move that wood bracket to under the new floor to support it.

Thoughts?
