The next logical step in the progression of troubleshooting this would be....
1. Unplug the umbilical cord from the trailer.
2. Reset the feed breaker that goes to the outlet where the RV cord is plugged into.
If the breaker does not trip, you have an issue in the trailer itself. If the breaker DOES trip, you have an issue with the cord that feeds the trailer.
