Just curious... what is the payload of your F350. Payload is on the yellow/white placard in the driver's door frame. That is a heavy RV you have; it will put about 3450 lbs on the pin and add it passengers, cargo (in truck) and hitch and your payload will be north of 4000 lbs.

Actually pin is 2595. So 4K is maybe a little high.

Your quoting the Keystone webhsite's shipping pin weight not the "actual" pin weight. That advertised pin weight will NEVER exist beyound that advertisment. The "actual" pin weight is what it actually is if you visit a scale and it weights that number. Now here's why it will never weight that number:

The advertised pin weight is calculated using a trailer that

1. has no options, therefore an airconditioner installed as an option, a second battery or generator, or a host of other options (even though these options may be installed as a "required package") will alter the weight.
2. the advertised pin weight is calculated with NO BATTERIES and NOLPgas in the tanks.
3. the advertised pin weight is calculated with NOTHINGLOADED in the trailer. I'm just guessing here that maybe brfore you go camping you'll end up putting some cloths, food, pots & pans, etc. in the unit before you use it.
