bedroom slide out

I'm having to replace the bottom section of my 2003 Keystone Everest bedroom slideout as it has gotten wet and rotted out. The white plastic also had several holes in it.
Can anyone tell me what kind of plastice sheeting and adhesive I should use to replace the original?
Thanks,
Larry

I suspect a picture(s) of the damaged area might help folks get a sense of what needs to be replaced. I never get the official names of the materials used correct so don't use them as it only causes confusion when I use them incorrectly. Also, take a sec and go to the UserCP and add a signature with your year/make/model of your camper and truck; makes answers have better context.
