Question No air flow from floor vents

We have a Passport 234QBWE and when the furnace is running all the hot air comes out of a 4" (?) round vent right next to the furnace and nothing comes out of the vents in the floor which makes it very warm in the back of the trailer and freezing cold in the front. Is this normal? We had it into the dealer because initially the furnace wasn't working right at all. They fixed that problem and told us "it's working like a champ now" which is kind of true except not. Any adivse/help would be great.

Our 5er the bedroom outlet had 2 - 3-4" ducts taped up with duct tape only, #1 they were too heavy, #2 what happens to tape when it gets warm. I'd get to insure ducts are properly connected.
