Welcome to the forum. Are you sure they are rollers? Mine has rollers in the bedroom and the others slide on wear bars.

Edit: Is it a cable slide or ram?

Not sure, I assumed they are rollers. If yours are wear bars then mine would be too.
Are they easy to replace. It keeps wearing on the carpet.

You will need to do a little investigating. Pull the slide out about 1 foot, pull the slide seal down and look under the slide with a light. If there is what looks like a polymer bar about 1/2" tall across the width of the slide you have a wear bar. If you do, the first thing I would check is the adjustment of the cables. Do a search for slide cable adjustments and you will find lots of info. I believe the installation and maintenance manuals have both been posted on here. If you don't find what you need post back. Good luck.
