kitchen fawcett replacement

I need to replace a kitchen fawcett. Does this job require a basin wrench ? Wonder if I can get to the underside of the sink in that it is mounted directly over the water heater unit.

No idea what kind of trailer, floorplan or sink installation you've got, so I don't have any suggestions. Possibly some more information would help???

Have you looked under the sink to see what's there? I'd guess there is access with some cabinet space under the sink???

I installed a new single handle, pull out sprayer sink Faucet in my new Bullet trailer (308BHS). Installation was very simple, just had to Dremel out the middle hole in order to accommodate the larger single stalk faucet. The base plate covered the existing holes from the old dual handle faucet. The cold/hot water line fittings were identical. Just hand tightened the fittings with small pliers. No longer getting scorched by turning on the hot water.
