Mountaineer 285RLD manual slide switch.

We have a 2012 Mountaineer 285RLD that has the LCI remote/receiver unit to control the security light, awning functions, slides, landing gear and stabilizers. All remote functions work perfectly. What doesn't work are the 2 manual switches inside for the slides and landing gear. I am guessing it's a fuse or loose wire and aside from little to zero support from Keystone and a dealer that couldn't get something right if they tried, I will probably fix it myself. What I can't fix is that all four corners of the receiver module have broken off, probably from having been over tightened at the factory, according to Lippert's technical support. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you get it replaced or what was your work around?

Our remote stays in a drawer, never use it, too much of a hassle trying to keep a battery in it. I believe you need to physically turn the remote off to allow the system to go back to manual mode. Otherwise, the receiver stays in remote mode, and only one mode or the other can be active at a time.
