Laundry Prep Electric?

Just bought a new Cougar 313 RLI with laundry prep in the front. Wanted to use the 110V outlet that is inside that laundry cabinet but it does not seem to be connected. I don't believe it is related to any GFI because every other 110V outlet is fine. Where should I look for fuses/circuit breakers for 110V circuits?

Turn on all of your circuit breakers and check it with a three light tester or volt meter. Keystone has a habit of wiring outlets to breakers that you wouldn't suspect.
