I am the proud owner of a new 2020 Cougar 32RLI. I just bought this for my daughter as her first home. I have a lot to learn and hope this forum can help me. Thank you in advance!

How from Medina County. Lived west of you in Leander a few years ago and going through now can't recognize the area. All built up! Welcome. Suggest you go to the UserCP (top/left in black band on every page) and build a signature with camper year, make and model and same for your tow vehicle. In the event you ask a question, there will be answers with better context. Cheers!
