2020 Sprinter shattered window !

After our month long 5k mile maiden trip. I washed our unit.
While pulling into our storage facility with all paved roads. I made the last hard left turn.
During the turn our left rear window (emergency exit) blew out onto the pavement.
Has anyone experienced this?
Warranty is stating (glass is not covered) but, what keeps this from happening again and again?
I have appealed with a short video showing the metal frame flexing about ½” with light pressure.

I had that happen on one of my emergency exit windows. The trailer was sitting in the parking lot at a body shop waiting to get repaired from a tire blowout and hadn't moved in more than a week, and they called and said they heard a pop and the glass falling but no one was near it to see what happened. At first I wondered if they had bumped into it with something, but my insurance agent said they get a fair number of claims from the tempered glass just shattering like that and it's due to stress in the glass.

They just added it to the claim with the other damage from the blowout, which was fine by me. The blowout was on the other side of the trailer so no reason it would have been related.

I'm trying to figure out how to handle mine, and it looks like the panel replacement option can't happen with a frameless window. One shop just couldn't rehang the glass and another couldn't get it tempered.

Keystone warranty initially denied my claim. I sent them a video showing how much the frame moved. They are reviewing it.
They say they turn around claims in 3-5 days, BS !
I have been dealing with them for WEEKS !
