Cougar 5th wheel tv question..

I have a 2017 Cougar 5th wheel, and in the front bedroom there is a pocket built in for a tv. The a/c connection and a coax cable connection is in the ceiling. There is also (2) coax connections that have a white short coax “loop” connecting them. What is that for? I can get the tv in the rear living room to work on over-the-air channels with the antenna amplifier button turned on, but nothing in the front bedroom. Am I doing something wrong?? Also, if I have a DVD playing in the rear living room, is there a way to watch it in the front bedroom? I’m new too all this, and could use some help... TIA
