Dometic Comfort Control Center 2 Thermostat

Anyone know where I can find or download a operation manual for this thermostat? All I received in my packet was the quick guide and it doesn't say anything about programing the unit. Also how do you get rid of the hourglass? I can't figure this thing out.---Smitty
