New RV Owner

Hello All,

My fiancé and I just bought our first RV...a 2005 Challeneger 34TLB 5er. We plan on living in it after we’re married next month. We have it set up at an RV park but when we do have a chance to take it out for a long weekend we will be pulling it with a 1996 F250 with the 7.3L Powerstroke. The camper unfortunately has some water damage but we’re looking forward to sorting it out and making the camper our own. Also looking forward to tapping into the knowledge of all you good people.

Cheers,
Dan and Tara

Hi. Welcome to the site. Congrats on your new marriage. That's a pretty big rennovation challenge after your nuptuals, especially when you're living full time in it. Hope all works out well. Keep us updated on the repairs. Good luck.

Thank you Buster. We did bite off more than we were hoping to chew but were confident we will figure it out. Thankfully have a place to stay in the meantime. Thanks for the luck.

Congratulations. Welcome to the forum.

What kind of water damage?

I had to replace floor of my old 2007 Zephyr due to water damage.

Was surprised at what I found underneath the linoleum.

If I can be of any help let me know. My rebuild came out great.
