Dump Valve Handle Length

Does anyone know how long the dump valve handle is? I need to order one
to replace the one I broke off last year. Amazing how slippery dump stations
can be. Slipped getting up and as I went done my hand caught the valve.
Snap.. off it came in 3 pieced. Valve has been checked and it is closed all
the way. Rig is a 2009 Cougar 318SAB.

Thank you in advance.

Are you referring to the handle itself or the entire cable? The cable will come in 8' length and you'll be able to cut the inner steel and the outer wrapping to fit. If you broke the handle itself just rig any old thing that works. PM me if you have any questions. I've changed a few of the cables.

notanlines, I am talking about the handle it self. My set up does not have a cable
just the metal shaft and plastic handle.

I'm guessing from what you posted that the valve body is not damaged. If that's the case, then you can buy a Valterra extension kit that has the aluminum rods and a plastic handle here: https://www.amazon.com/Valterra-T104.../dp/B002N5J9HU

Or if the valve body and the rod are not damaged, and it's just the "THREADED" "T" handle that is broken, you can buy them here: https://www.amazon.com/Lasalle-Brist...0V64B0WP01TQHD

There are some handles that use a roll pin to secure the handle to the shaft, but I haven't seen one of them in quite a while. I'm guessing the end of your push rod is threaded ???

JRTJH, correct you are. I went to the hangar and pulled one of the other handles and rods and measured it. Was about 8" and I purchased a 9" rod and handle.
Thank you to all who replied.
