Roof sealant

What do I use to seal along these edges, no problem here just the only picture I have.

And then in the field of the roof I have a couple small nicks, tears I want to seal up, what do I use there?

Thanks in advance.

On any horizontal surface like shown above, you'll want to apply a self-leveling agent like Dicor's Self Leveling Lap sealant. Remember to thoroughly clean the areas to be sealed. Below is the manufacturer's video instructions.

What about a vertical surface such as the the outside corners where my aluminum siding meets the black trim edging? Or window edging?
I see some shrinkage and mild cracking in some of those areas

I put Eternabond tape over my roof seals. After having a leak, and trying unsuccessfully to locate and re-caulk the source, I applied Eternabond, and cannot be happier. It just takes a pinhole in the caulk and you've got a leak. Good luck locating it.
You can also seal small tears with Eternabond.

The absolute best method is to not only use Eternabond for a membrane roof repair or seal leaks as mentioned is to apply the Eternabond, and then seal the edges of it with the Dicor Self-Levelling Caulk. That will prevent any possibility of the exposed edges of the Eternabond lifting over time.
