Lippert 6 point Leveler, need info

My 6 point (hydraulic) leveler is having the same problem I posted recently. I thought Lippert and I got it fixed, apparently not. The touch pad screen is lit up green, but no info on it. We thought it was the wires and in most cases it is, according to them. Their sending me a new touch pad and hopefully that fixes it.

I don't remember the different read-outs on the screen. What I need from someone with the same system is, what the screen says when turned on and what is printed on screen vrs how many clicks up or down. I do remember 2 clicks up is automatic retract, can't remember the rest. Presently, I just push till it extends or retracts. Need help on this. Thanks

We are set up in a park. I turned the control on and the first screen says "level, jacks down
scroll one up: Manual Mode, ENTER to begin
scroll two up: Auto Retract, ENTER to begin
scroll three up: front to rear degrees
scroll four up: side to side degrees
scroll five up: battery voltage

and then. one more up returns you to the first screen.

I have had the same issue for sometime. The disconnecting and reconnecting worked for a couple of times, however the screen is now permanently blank. When I contacted Lippert, they stated I needed a new touch pad. They did not offer to send me a new pad and the cost of a new one was around $190.00. Could I get the contact information for who you spoke with at Lippert? I would like to score a new pad without having to pay out of pocket. Thanks in advance.

Law dogs,
This is my 2nd touchpad. The 1st one was still warranted. That's why is was free.
