tv and Cable
25res and we can only watch Cable tv in the bedroom if we switch the connection to the Cable/sat connection. we can not watch Cable in the main living area as there's no way to change the connection. It's either regular TV or nothing. The booster is in the bedroom and there's 3different connections in that room only. nothing in the main living room. Asked keystone and the response wasn't what I was expecting. "The unit was built as designed". So that being said can anyone help with the problem. Thanks in advance for your time and help

to watch cable connect park cable to outside connection. Turn antenna booster off, typically a small push button on the wall plate with a cigarette lighter style plug. Go to the tv menu, select cable tv, then do a channel scan.

Do you get ota (over the air) channels on the living room tv? If not, then look at the wall plate back where the ota booster is. There should be a plate with 2 coax connectors. There should be a short jumper from one coax connector to the other. If you were using a satellite dish that's where the receiver would be connected.

If you can get ota channels in the LR then the cable is OK. If your getting both ota and cable in the bedroom then I'd think the boosternis ok. In my thinking that leaves two possibilities. Either the TV in the LR is defective or the previous owner has changed out or installed a splitter that's incompatible with cable.
My first step would be to get a 25' coax cable and connect the LR tv to the outlet in the bedroom. If you get cable channels then it's not the TV. Then start looking at the splitters.

Should have asked if you have KeyTV. You didn't list the year of your camper. If you go to the top of the page and click on "UserCP", then edit signature yu can add the year, make, and model of your trailer and tow vehichle. This will help eliminate a lot of questions up front.

no it's not key. I'm pretty sure that it was not connected correctly at the factory. brought it new and the dealer has no clue what is going on. I'm not an engineer but the Cable signal has to be sent to all the TV's via splitter or something. The only splitter found is in the bedroom and it splits the ota signal.

I'm thinking you have this setup.
Note the short loop. Those two ports are for attaching a cable box. If you don't have one, you need the short loop to connect them. Keystone usually includes this short loop but sometimes they forget.
I'm thinking you attached your TV to one of the loop ports instead, which is why TV works there, but nothing in the other room.
Put a coax loop in and move your TV to the proper port, and the other TV should work, too.

Think the OP can take a picture on his phone but unless he is using his phone to access the forum, will need to get pictures from the phone to a computer or laptop. I do this by attaching a picture and emailing it to my own email account I access on my computer. Then I download the picture to local folder on the computer then attach in the manner you pointed out. I am pretty sure computer savvy folks can do this stuff more easily but that is the way I do it.

If you have your phone set up to save your pictures to "cloud storage" than you should be able to retrieve it from that cloud storage from any device. If you're looking up to they sky for the cloud then follow Georges advice.
I use the "paperclip" icon up by the fonts line to attach pictures. When you choose the file don't forget to click on the "upload file" button.
