What's for dinner?

In that most of us are bored to tears, I thought I might follow in Cal's steps and start a thread to entertain a little. Maybe post a picture of last night's T-bone or burgers off the grill. Maybe a family recipe for a favorite breakfast casserole would be the ticket.
I'll start with the crawfish from last night. Not an easy thing to come by in the middle of the state of Florida. I bought four pounds of live crawfish from a specialty shop in the Melbourne area; $5.00 per pound. No, that isn't south LA prices, and the corn isn't Wisconsin's best, but the little reds are called 'creamers' and I cut them in half and fried them with a little spice, a little bacon grease, green pepper and onion. Corn was boiled with the crawfish. Yep, we ate it all

All right, glad I searched for this thread even though not much activity.....yet. I love grilling/smoking at home and in the campground. One of my CG faves is pizza. Make pizza at home a lot also.

Heres just a few pics.

Looks good...and makes me hungry. Told DW I was going to just eat a light snack/salad in a bit and then.....I see the pics in this thread. What kind of grill is that I'm looking at?

Not so fancy, but just as satisfying. Here's some of mine, all different locations, all different times, but mostly breakfast in the afternoon!

OK, OK!! This just ain't right! Here I am, trying to cut back and lose weight, cut back on carbs and bring that blood sugar down and then....these pictures!!

Forget the carbs and cutting back; that broccoli with carrot spears and lettuce just won't cut it - I'm getting me some real food....bacon here I come!!

Which speciality shop? I'm 20 minutes north of MLB off I-95, I'd love to go there.

Jerry (Roadking) and his SO had DW and I over on Friday evening for dinner at their RV. Main item on the menu was alligator! Compliments of Lake Okeechobee on his last hunting trip. I am here to tell you it was great, much better than the bites we've had in a few restaurants. Sorry I can't post a photo, I was too busy eating! Many thanks again, Jerry and Debra...
