2013 keystone raptor electrical issue
I have a 2013 keystone raptor toy hauler and am hauling so e sort of electrical issue. I have no power to my water pump, water heater and several lights in the bottom storage area. None of the lights are on beside any fuses and my GFCI receptacle was not popped. What other things can I trouble shoot to get this working again? Thanks for any suggestions

welcome to the forum
The GFCI outlet is part of the 110VAC side of the electrical system and has zero to do with your issue. All the circuits not working are 12VDC.
Start at the battery. What condition is it in? have you tested it for voltage/charge? if it hasnt been replaced, now wpoould be the time to do so. does everything work if your plugged into shore power? if so then we need to look at the battery cutoff and maybe the reverse polarity fuses. at this point please answer:
ARE YOU PLUGGED INTO SHORE POWER?
HAVE YOU TESTED THE BATTERY?
HAVE YOU CHECKED THE BATTERY CUT OFF?

Yes this is happening while it’s plugged in and also when unplugged with the generator running. It has all brand new batteries also.

Is there a chance you could have reversed the battery cable? If you do that even for a split second it will blow out the reverse polarity fuses. There should be two fuses separated from the others. They typically are 40 amp fuses. Remove them and test them with an ohm meter, do not trust just a visual inspection.

Any idea where these fuses would be located? I’ve checked everything fuse in the panel...

Ok. Your converter will be a stand alone unit, should be behind that breaker panel. There will be 2 40A fuses on the back of the converter where the large gauge leads are. Don’t just look at them, test them.
If your trailer is a fifth wheel, and the panel is near the steps up to the bedroom, it might be easier to access the converter from the storage area, just remove the screws holding the rear wall.

There were 3 35amp fuses behind the panel and we checked all 3 fuses and they were all working

Ok. now its time to test the converter. Its probably plugged into an outlet on the back side of the breaker panel or a seperate outet. Using a plug checker make sure its providing 110VAC to the converter. Then test the leads of the converter using a DC meter, your looking for 13+ VDC.
We are taking this one step at a time to make sure we check everything.

If the converter is producing 13+ VDC, it’s working correctly. Now you need to start testing fuses in the fuse panel.

8 of the fuses in our panel are not receiving very limited power anywhere from 0.04-2 volts

I would be looking at the leads from the converter to the fuse panel. Something isn’t right with either the converter or maybe your meter ( set to wrong scale?)

All the wires look intact there isn’t any obvious chewed or hanging wires
