If you look at the supply line from the tanks, its just a hose, not pex. Has a hose clamp on it. I chose to just plug and play, so its as it was.

When my OEM pump failed I went to a local dealer and he sold me a Shurflo pump. It was not the same connectors but I made some modifications and it worked. To my suprise the pump is 75% quieter now ! Maybe the noise is just standard with the OEM pumps !
