Rear wall seperating

I have a 2015 Cougar and just found in 2016 that the rear wall is peeling away from the top of the RV. Has anyone had this problem?

I've read about a few of these - mainly due to water intrusion. Have you inspected the roof? Any indications of leaks?

The roof is sealed. The wall warped away from the back roof support. Dealer says they won't cover it since it is out of warranty. Warranty was up in July. I noticed it in August.

Have you been in touch with Keystone?
I have what seems to be the same problem except mine is on the front. I called Keystone and actually talked to an engineer. He said that Cougar tried a method he called hanging the Filon instead of bonding it to the front and rear cap for a few years. I still don't feel comfortable with this. The front of my Cougar 2013 24RKSWE has what appears to be loose Filon on the front cap.
Thank goodness the lottery is this weekend so I may trade this TT in.

Did you save any of the information that they sent you that you could send me? Keystone will replace the part but the dealer wants $2500 to install it. I this this is a factory defect and from your response that kind of confirms it.

I guess I was a little naive on this. Should have got names and noted time of conversation. Thought that it was normal because the TT was 3 years old and no interior leaks or other problems other than some looseness in the front Filon. We bought the TT used this past June/16.
As a side note the dealer said he would bond the Filon for about $2000 if we wanted. He is an ORV dealer but is familiar with Keystone and was the first to suggest this "hung Filon" theory.
