Closet Maid is the brand name best known and widely available at any home improvement store.
Also, places like Ikea and others sell wire frame "shelf doublers". Basically, they're a wire frame similar to Closet Maid, but they have legs. You put one on a shelf, and you've basically doubled the storage space. We have a bunch of them in the Cougar's galley cupboards. We've seen them in both plastic-coated white and some shiny metal, usually stainless steel. If you are worried about them sliding around, a couple of small plastic cable clamps will secure them to the wall of the cabinet.
