Planning to Full Time next year

Hi Everyone!

Next year the last of 4 kids will be out of college and on their own. That means my husband and I will be selling the ranch and going full time! We can't wait!

We've been raised camping and have continued that lifestyle with our kids. We went from tents to a 1996 Coleman KeyWest that we LOVED. Since we love to boondock and camp in State Parks, etc, we've decided that a 5th wheel under 35 feet would work best for us. We really like the Cougar 318 SAB.

My husband will continue to work full time and reliable internet/cell service will be very, very important. So anyone that has opinions/advice on satelite internet I'd love to hear about it. I'm just now researching this. I'd also love to hear more from the 318 SAB owners. We're looking for a 2009 or so.

We decided to sell our much loved 2006 Dodge Mega Cab w/hemi and get a diesel to pull the Cougar.

Look forward to learning more about this process. The hard part will be getting hubby to part with his earthly posessions!

Congrats on your soon to be life on the road.

When DH and I decided to go it was a done deal......

Had the yard sales, gave stuff away, donated stuff, sold on Craigslist........

Listed house & sold in 3 days!

We were gone........we only traveled a year due to a family illness, but it was great and we hope to get back to it some day.

We only had a Verizon air card and Sprint for our phones.....all worked ok for us but then we didn't work on the road.

Jo
