Slide seals not "pulling out"

Hi everyone!

When I pull my wardrobe slide out, the seals are no longer "pulling out" - not sure how to describe it well, honestly. I have to go on top of the rig, and using my finger, pull the top one out. Then down and on a ladder to pull the left and right sides. Doesn't happen on the main slide, assuming because it is bigger, and has windows on the sides that kind of grab them.

So with that said, I've seen some slides on other rigs that have a bar type deal adhered to the side of the slide to help pull it out as you extend it? Should I look into those, or am I simply needing to lube them?

Appreciate anyone's 2 cents!

I would try something like Meguiars rubber cleaner which also does a good job at keeping them soft. We have 3 slides and one of them does that often so it get treated a lot more than the other two. I can't tell why as they all look identical.

I wound up putting a small spot of silicone on the side of my slide at the top. That way it would catch on it and make the slide flip. After that the rest of the seal flips as the slide moves.
