Question - screws into the walls

I've got 2-3 items that I need to get more sturdily installed (tried LOTS of command strips on one of them - overkill install - to no avail).

Just how can you determine where the electric cables are installed? 2016 Bullet Ultra Lite.

These installs will be in the kitchen area - on the outer wall, and I'd like to install another item on the wall that encloses the fridge. Just how much clearance does one have with the fridge before you go poking a screw where it's not intended? Or just "don't do it"?
