Outlets in Passport 23rb

Just brought home our brand new Passport Elite 23rb on Monday and I've discovered something that really bothers me about it. The electrical outlets in the kitchen area are up under the cabinets (so they are not visible). While that may seem like a nice change, it actually creates a big problem. If I put my Keurig on the counter and want to plug it in, first of all, the cord isn't long enough to reach above to the outlet and, second, I'll have to unplug it after every use or I'll have a cord hanging down from the middle of underneath the cupboards. Same goes for my toaster, phone charging cords, etc. We have a couple ideas for making something else work, but I'm wondering if anyone else has come up with a solution to this problem and would like to share ideas here. Thanks in advance!
