JRTH has the reference right. I found out why when talking a salesman about them selling aluminum wheels that didn't need to be checked each trip. The brochure talked about painted wheels and the fact that they don't clean the paint off the lug holes. As I've made more trips the lugs have needed less tightening/torquing. I set mine to 110 ft lbs using a 1/2 drive torque wrench an extension and a socket set aside just for that purpose.
