A/C Coming on with heater

Was out on maiden trip with our 2012 293 SAB. Great trip, everything worked except when the heater was turned on, the A/C turned on as well. I shut off the fuse for the A/C and went about my business. Ran A/C later without difficulty, heater ran a lot overnight; each runs independently with out difficulty.

Anyone else have this problem? The thermostat is electronic, no heat strip in the A/C.

Not to worry, it's a feature not a fault. The AC does not come on, only the blower in the AC unit.

Look at your thermostat, set it to "Fan" And see what the setting is. If it is "Hi" or "Lo" the blower will come on with the furnace. If you set it ti "Auto" it will not do so.

This little feature has caused lots of us consternation!
