Bullet 230BHS-Converting outside storage under bunk beds?

We are seriously considering the Keystone Bullet 230BHS model. We love the floorplan, length, weight, etc. However, we were wondering if there was anyway to change the space that is under the two bunk beds from an outside storage into a third bunk. As in, opening up the area under the bottom bunk to make it accessible from the inside and insulating if necessary, so that a third mattress could be put under there. We've seen this set up in other brands/models but we just really like this Bullet model the best, and we'd like to know if this conversion might be possible. That said, does anyone know the dimensions of this outside storage area, if it's the same as the bunk beds above, and if it is insulated like the rest of the camper?

Thanks in advance for any input!
