I have seen some skirts that use stainless steel canvass fasteners and a marine/RV fabric similar to Sunbrella for the skirting. You can find these SS fasteners at a marine outlet such as West Marine. There are several types - rivet and button stud which screw into the fiberglass. You can also purchase Sunbrella or another cheaper fabric (similar to Sunbrella -forgot the name) in bulk and make your own (or have it made up). Sunbrella isnt cheap and anything you buy at a marine store is expensive.
Some have constructed self-standing skirts from plywood but these are more susceptible to being blown down by wind.
Unless you are living in it during the winter months, there wouldn't be much to be gained by skirting it.... You didnt say in your post if you were or not but I am assuming you are and that is why you asked.
