Open Range

My parents just purchased a new Open Range 5er and it is VERY nice, all the new style bells and whistles. Does anyone else have or know anyone that has one?

Since the Open Range is not a Keystone product, it is unlikely that our members would own one. Perhaps your best bet is to have one of our members who happens to know somebody who does own one to let you know.

Yes, I realize this is not a Keystone product. I was just making general conversation and happy for my parents. Just sharing in general with other RV'ers. Sorry for the confusion.

Smile Goodbye Keystone

Well, we've owned a Cougar 276RLS for the last 1-1/2 with minimal complaints. However, we decided to order a 2011 Open Range 345RLS for our next fiver. For my money, I just can't come close to the features available on another Keystone as compared to the current offerings by Open Range. Before we bought the Cougar, I almost got a Heartland Sundance, but by 2009, Keystone was pretty much offering the same features on some of their products, hence the cougar purchase. Tme will tell, but I predict the mid-price segment will be playing catch-up one again, this time with Open Range. The cougar has been a reliable unit, and we will remember the fun times we had in it.
Happy Campin'!
