Manufacturing facility on Indiana

My wife & I went to the manufacturing facility in Indiana last week, because we recently bought a Cougar X-Lite 26BRS, & wanted to learn about the manufacturing process & philosophy. I must say, I am much happier with my purchase now, especially when compared to other manufacturing facilities (we went to the Crossroads facility last year).

One thing that struck me was the fact that they really do want ALL maintenance, upgrades, repairs etc to be done the the dealer; I could not order any parts while there at the facility; odd.

All in all tho', Keystone does seem to have a pretty good construction philosophy, even if they don't/won't deal directly with camper owners on maintenance, upgrades, repairs.
