Dodge Ram Gas motor tuner

Hi All

I'm looking at a product from Edge that is one of the few I have found that will tune a Hemi gas motor for towing, similar to the many that are available for diesel motors. Does anyone have any experience with this or any other products? One of the more attractive features of this product is that it is capable of displaying things like oil and transmission temp.

Still not sure if I've got the link in correctly to make it clickable.

bennydog, You have to keep working on the clicky thingy http://www.edgeproducts.com/product....+Ram+5.7L+Hemi

I've heard good things about the Edge but I'm not ready to risk voiding a warranty for a few horses right now. Gains are much higher with a diesel .... personally I don't think the 30 hp gain is worth fooling with the computer and trans shift points. JM$.02 I'll probably run stock forever, Hank

I do not know much about Edge products for the Hemi engine. I would check out this web site for your information. Some one on this forum could help you. http://www.dodgetalk.com/

I am a diesel guy and have modified my engine and exhaust system . I am running a Smarty S67 with ME version software and a 5" Turbo Back Exhaust system. I also have three Isspro Exhaust, Boost and Trans temp gages mounted in the A-pillar.

I also know that I am my own warranty station.

You just need to decided if you want the warranty or not. In my case the local Dodge dealer was closed and the Dodge brand was given to a Chrysler dealer.
I new I was in trouble when I had to show their techs were to grease the front drive shaft and then was told there was no grease fitting there.

I've been looking also. Superchips Flashpaq seems to be the one to have according to the Dodge Ram forums.
