Love the question all this week... "are you ready for Christmas?" Nope, never have been until Christmas Eve.... will go out tomorrow morning and have fun doing a bit of shopping and enjoying the last minute grabbing things for wife n' kids.

I also wait until Chirstmas Eve to shop. When the kids were growing up, that was the only way I could get them something they didn't snoop to find before Christmas morning  Now, It's just DW who does the snooping so it's even more necessary to shop at the last minute.
But the biggest advantage is that I don't have a bizillion choices to make. Just take what's left, get it wrapped and haul it home. Makes life so much more simple not having to choose between the red one and the "almost red" one

AND--- keeping this thread "on track"--- Toy Haulers are "soooo nice" for "hauling Santa's stuff <G>
