Springdale antenna question

I have a 2007 Springdale. When I extend the antenna and push the booster button my TV in the bedroom works just fine. The TV in the living room works fine with my Tailgater that I wired direct to it's receiver and connect to TV via USB. I ran a coaxial to the living roomTV from the antenna outlet but cant get any signal at the living room TV. I go on screen and choose source TV and still no signal.
Any ideas or suggestions? I'm stumped? If I turn off the booster in the living room the signal goes off in the bedroom so I believe that shows the connections are all good. Please let me know if I need to change something, or how I can check th connections? When I am just stopping for the night I would like not to have to put the Tailgater out and just use the antenna for local TV.

In a normal set-up the antenna coax feeds the booster. There is also a "cable" in, used for a coax if the park provides cable tv service. Satellite service if included is normally a separate cable. If you take the booster out, you will see the coax connections and they are labeled as follows- "antenna in", "cable in" and TV 2. TV2 is the output to a second set, usually the bedroom.

To test the coax for signal and identification, you can either use a signal generator, or a jumper and an ohm meter.

If you disconnect the antenna from the booster and test for resistance between the solid center wire and the connector (ground) it should show no resistance. If you undo the TV2 cable from the booster and the bedroom, testing for resistance should show an open circuit. If not, then either its connected to something at the other end or it is "shorted" out. Test the coax your using from the booster to the main TV in the same manner.

Testing the cable in coax isn't that easy unless you remove the connection at the outside and disconnect the coax. If you can jumper the center and the connector together, maybe using a paperclip straightened out, stuck into the connector and touching the connector threads this will help in identifying the proper coax. Different factories use different colored coax sheathing, but I don't trust them.
