Oregon weather at its best

http://koin.com/2014/06/16/heavy-rai...ough-portland/

Looks like Christmas in some parts of Portland Oregon yesterday! Snow was at 5000 feet. Hail was intense in the Portland area but only slight in Salem.
Good thing I'm not camping now. It's cold!!! the month of May was much much warmer!!

Happy camping!!

It did pack into ice balls good. The dog and I played catch with them for some time. Lucky the hail was not big enough to damage cars, rvs etc.

We go to Oregon in October. I seem to be very mild weather.

dtas, Where are you in Oregon. One nice thing here is there are about 5 different climate areas.

Oh lucky me - we were at Neskowin Creek RV park when this hit. All we got was a "little" rain and a "little" wind.........but hey, that's what you get at the Oregon coast anyway!

Off-topic, but since this is the "Odds & Ends" forum, I don't feel to awful

I am always looking for new places to go in Oregon, especially the coast. I just read some mixed reviews online, what are your thoughts of it (Neskowin Creek RV Park)?

Maybe I should start a new thread...
