Glowing lights underneath your travel trailer.

I have seen campers that have bright glowing lights underneath them like people used to do to cars. Does anyone know what the best way to do this is? Is it just rope lights or actual neons?

You can find a lot of LED rope lighting out there on the internet. Its pretty easy to install, and in raccoon country, I suppose it could be a deterrent to the masked bandits.

I don't think they would deter the little @&$#%&@ at Bullards Beach State Park in Oregon. They come out in broad daylight and climb up on the tables to see if there is anything interesting.

Don't get me started on Oregon raccoons! They love the nightlife, they like to boogie! Under lighting on trailers would just be a disco for them!

Someone had a really good thread on how they installed them and wired it into the step light. You might find it if you search. We followed his instruction and it turned out great

They are also a deterrent to other campers. Please do them in good taste...we were at a campground earlier this year and our neighbors had them flashing like the Griswalds Christmas lights from Christmas Vacation. They were not even at their site and it made for a very annoying night around the campfire. Please be considerate. I have seen it done very tastefully. Rope lights that are removable
