LOL! Reminds me of when we moved into our house. I was in the garage using a stud finder to hang shelves. The Lady next door was talking to DW and asked what I was doing. After DW explained she said that's what her DH should have used. She invited us to see his handiwork and when she raised the garage door the back wall looked like someone used it for target practice. She said when their daughter went upstairs to shower it looked like a lawn sprinkler. Apparently he used a drain line to secure a bunch of the brackets.

Dri wall threaded flange with inside crush nut, as long as you are certain it where you want it forever!

I use command strips when hanging light stuff and pictures. The heavier items I use these and they hold perfectly. And with the yellow tool, they are removable.
