Ramp door hinges

I'm trying to put a support behind the hinges on the ramp door. Problem is, they are Phillips head and are rusted stuck. Can't get to whatever they are screwed into. Does anyone have any ideas?

Possibly the "hardest way to do this" but you can drill the heads off the screws, remove the ramp, then use vice grips to remove the shanks of the screws or use EZ-outs to remove them. Once the screws are out, then proceed with your renovation.

I wouldn't suggest using EZ-outs with the heads on the screws, it's very easy to "miss drill a hole" and then you're doing it the hard way anyway.....
