Tired of issues with Everest, Change to Premier?

I have a 2008 Everest 344J. After several tire blowouts and and dealing with lots of damage from these blow outs and other problems, I have given up on this rig. We are looking at the Premier, 2013 29RTPR, as the replacement to this. What are your thoughts?
What problems does the Premier have we need to know about?

Thanks

Not sure what your "other problems" were but it seems as though the major issue you have had is to do with tires rather than the Everest itself. It might be interesting to compare what stock tires are on the 2013 with the ones on your Everest. You might want to consider swapping the tires out for a good quality trailer tire should you go to the Premier.
Have you considered replacing the tires on your Everest with a quality set ?

We have looked into this. We may do this before we give up completely.
The G614 may be the best bet. I can keep the same wheels.
The G114 I have the change wheels. The diameter of these are actually a little smaller than the current wheel/tire combo, not by much though.

Current
235/80R16 LRE Marathon $195ea Cap(X4). #3420

Possible
235/85R16 LR G G614 $364ea Cap(X4) #15000
215/75R17.5 LR H G114 $420ea Cap(X4) #19220

Weight and speed and heat are common factors in blowouts. I have a friend who has blowout issues too but then he likes to drive 75+ on the interstates and blames the tires.

The Everest has always been a top-rated 5ver. I think they were the top of the line with Keystone before they were replaced with Alpine. All RV's have constant maintenance issues, especially when they hit that 4-5 yr mark. I certainly don't know about your particular trailer, but newer ones aren't made near as good as a 5 year old Everest, assuming it was well maintained. If it were me I'd fix that dude up and keep truck'n down the road. Just my overly biased opinion.

Most all ST trailer tires are made in China and I have had nothing but problems with them on my boat trailer. Reading various tire reviews, I am not alone - everyone seems to hate them.

When I picked up my Everest, I immediately replaced the Goodyear Marathons (China) with USA made Michelin LTX truck tires (LT). I have read nothing but praises for the LT tires. I now have total confidence in my tires.
