Question Floor Is Getting Soft In Bathroom

The floor in the bathroom of my 2017 Passport 2190ML is getting soft around the toilet. This was first noticed last year and it is getting bigger in area as this year goes on. Any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated.

Thanks,

I had an issue with the toilet floor flange being broken when installed at the factory. My floor got softer and softer even after I replaced the flange. Once it gets wet, the floor is done for. I cut out the floor and replaced everything. I added some extra framing for support and it’s all good now. The repair is time consuming and does require some knowledge and skill to complete, but it is doable.
