In command

I was wondering if anyone has had problems with their in command panel not putting the right number when you push it. I am trying to put in my code and when I push 0 it puts a 3 and in the far corner it puts a 9 so there is no way to put a 0

Sounds like you need to recalibrate it.

I would try it with the iN·command app on your phone…although you probably need to unplug the trailer from shore power and turn off the battery disconnect switch for a min…that will restart the iN·Command

I have disconnected the power and restarted it but I have to get into it to be able to recalibrate it

Try your phone app if you have it..also try and press to the left of the number pads possibly

There is also a reset button on the iN·Command bcm in your basement or wehever it is located…may have to take the cover off to access…do you have the literature for it?

There is the other piece of equipment somewhere for your iN·Command …in fifth wheels it’s in the basement. In trailers it may be in the storage compartment or a cabinet. It’s about a 16” wide by 12” wide black plastic maybe 2” thick pc board with a black cover that says iN·Command

I have already reset that but it still will not let me push a 0 and now I can't even push a 9 because I could go into engeer mode and we set it that way but you have to be able to put 391
