It depends on if you want to use your camper this summer...take it to the dealer in peak season and I’d be surprised if they get to it within a month ..if it’s a new trailer there will probably be a few things here and there that need to be tweaked. Either fix it your self and keep camping or wait till the off season and get any warranty issues fixed at that time
If you sit down and study it or have a friend look at it you will likely figure out how it comes apart
