So, the Winegard on that unit is for TV? Hooked up to the KeyTV system? It would not have anything to do with WiFi/Internet reception?

Could the dealer install this? Like, would they have a GW-1000 router and a 360+ antenna? I do not know which "dome" is up there now.

Depends on the dome and what it’s compatible with. If it’s compatible, yes the dealer should be able to install

Don't know what is on the Montana, but the Winegard on my Avalanche is a 360 but not the plus.

Most dealers will change just about anything you want for a price. They won’t do a no cost swap from OE.
