Cabinet doors not staying shut

This is the start of our first season and we have had our first issue.
Some of the overhead cabinets are not staying shut while traveling.
They open way to easy and we have had to replace cups and bowls.
Any suggested solutions?

Latches on cabinet or door probably need to be adjusted. Mine can be slightly adjusted by loosening the screw and moving without removing the latch.

We had the same problem until adjusted the latches. We also learned to "Bungee" them closed for travel.

It was always the ones that interfered with the slides that came open mid flight. LOL

I tried loosening the screws and spreading the catch, no joy.
I am using velcro.

Here's what I use on pantry doors that reside in between slides. If they pop open it's behind the slide and can't be seen until you hear the crunch.

If the part of the latch on the cabinet is metal and looks like a sideways W then they can be tightened by using small needle nose pliers and bending it slightly.

We had these on our long gone Kountry Aire but to add these to our current 5er would be like the entire economy of a small 3rd world country: https://www.amazon.com/RV-Designer-H...8&s=automotive

Instead of breaking the bank, we just use some small bungees from a dollar store instead

We use those small red bungee cords with plastic ball. Put through handles and then tighten and also will put bulb in adjoins door and then close door . Works good.
